Wedding & Banquet Facilities

The beauty of the Canmore Golf course and the surrounding mountains make for an ideal setting for your social events or meetings. They are comfortably appointed and served by the Canmore Golf and Curling staff. Both the Main Dining Room and the Curling Lounge are available for breakfast or luncheon conferences, dinner parties and receptions.

Room Capacities

The Curling Lounge seats up to 40 in a table setting and can accommodate up to 75 in theater seating or a stand up reception. Our main dining room seats up to 140 depending on space requirements. For larger groups the Curling surface itself can be partitioned to accommodate from 100-600 (April to October).

Should the number of guests attending the function differ greatly from the original number quoted the Club reserves the right to provide an alternative room best suited for the group size.

Bookings & Payments

A deposit will be requested upon confirmation of booking. Full payment is expected in advance of the function. Should the event be canceled within 14 days of the event the deposit will be retained by the Club. All charges are subject to a 15% service charge and a 7% GST.

Menu Planning

To allow adequate preparation time, menu plans must be completed a minimum of one week in advance. The guaranteed number of participants is required 48 hours prior to the event. Please click here to view our current menu offerings in Adobe Acrobat PDF format

Special Diets

The staff of the Canmore Golf & Curling Club is able to accommodate most special dietary needs within your group. If you should require a special menu for members of your group please provide us with their restrictions 1 week in advance of your event so that we may prepare.

General Policies

  1. Meal functions of less than 15 people will be subject to a $75.00 labour charge.
  2. The Club will be the sole supplier of all food & beverage items.
  3. We request that no confetti be used on club premises. A clean up charge of $50.00 will apply in such events.
  4. The Club reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. Liability or damage to the premises will charged accordingly. The Club will not assume responsibility for any personal property or equipment brought into the Club.
  5. Alcoholic beverages will be served in accordance with the regulations of the Alberta Liquor & Gaming Commission
